Address and airspace check
The parcel is checked against controlled airspace, altitude ceilings, and any launch restriction covering the site before a date is offered.

Authorization and access
Where the property sits inside controlled airspace, authorization is filed and confirmed. Where launch and recovery need a landowner's permission, that is arranged in writing.

Flight window
Scheduled to the light rather than the hour — mid-morning for shoreline clarity, the last ninety minutes of daylight for elevation and texture. Weather holds are rebooked without charge.

A private gallery link, sized for MLS upload and for print, with the license terms attached.
FAA Remote Pilot Certificate. Every flight is operated under an active Part 107 certificate. Commercial aerial imagery captured without one is not insurable and not defensible if a listing is challenged.
Airspace authorization. Properties inside controlled airspace are flown only with authorization on file for the date and altitude flown.
Launch and recovery. County restrictions govern where an aircraft may lift off and land, which is frequently not the same question as where it may fly. Launch sites are cleared in advance, from private property or permitted ground.
Altitude. Operations stay at or below 400 feet above ground level, or within 400 feet of a structure where the structure is the subject.
